- 8 slices sandwich bread crusts removed
- 8 slices bacon
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and garlic powder.
Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
Brush bread lightly with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Roll each slice tightly and wrap a bacon slice around it.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until bacon is crispy and golden.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
