Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices sandwich bread crusts removed
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and garlic powder.
  • Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  • Brush bread lightly with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Roll each slice tightly and wrap a bacon slice around it.
  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • Brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until bacon is crispy and golden.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked bacon for faster cooking or extra crisp.
  • Try adding mozzarella or cream cheese inside the rollup for extra flavor.
  • Perfect finger food for game day or brunch tables.
  • Can be assembled ahead and baked before serving.
