- 2 large chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
- 8 oz pasta penne, rotini, or your choice
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red chili flakes optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook chicken bites until golden and cooked through.
Push chicken to the side; add butter and garlic to the skillet.
Stir in chili flakes, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add cooked pasta, toss everything together to coat in garlic butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, toss gently and serve hot.
Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker version.
Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for variation.
Double the garlic for extra flavor punch.
