Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 6 tbsp butter divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque, then remove from skillet.
  • Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; cook until slightly thickened.
  • Return shrimp to sauce, mix in parsley, then remove from heat.
  • Spread a thin layer of garlic butter sauce in a baking dish.
  • Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half the shrimp mixture, and 1 cup mozzarella; repeat layers.
  • Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for best flavor. Substitute white wine with chicken broth if preferred. Red pepper flakes add a nice heat but are optional.
