- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups half-and-half or milk
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes without browning.
Stir in flour and Italian seasoning, cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.

Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Cool slightly before using on pizza or as a dip.
- Avoid browning garlic to keep a smooth flavor.
- Use half-and-half for creaminess; milk can be substituted for lighter sauce.
- Sauce thickens as it cools; reheat gently if needed.
