- 1½ cups light brown sugar packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 10-ounce bag peanut butter chips
- 1 cup peanuts cocktail peanuts or chopped
- ½ cup granulated sugar for rolling
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.

Roll each ball in granulated sugar.
