- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds white or black
 - ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
 - ½ tsp salt
 - ¼ tsp baking powder
 - 2 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
 - ⅓ cup water adjust if needed
 
 
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk flour, sesame seeds, salt, and baking powder.
Stir in chopped green onions.
Add sesame oil and mix into the dry ingredients.
Gradually add water and knead into a smooth, firm dough.
Roll out dough very thin on a floured surface.
Cut into squares or desired shapes and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Cool completely before serving or storing.
 
- Add chili flakes or cracked pepper for heat.
 
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
 
- Great with cream cheese, hummus, or miso dip.
