Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds white or black
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
  • cup water adjust if needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk flour, sesame seeds, salt, and baking powder.
  • Stir in chopped green onions.
  • Add sesame oil and mix into the dry ingredients.
  • Gradually add water and knead into a smooth, firm dough.
  • Roll out dough very thin on a floured surface.
  • Cut into squares or desired shapes and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  • Cool completely before serving or storing.

Notes

  • Add chili flakes or cracked pepper for heat.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
  • Great with cream cheese, hummus, or miso dip.
