- 12 mini gulab jamuns ready-made or homemade
- 200 g kunafa dough kataifi, shredded
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup from gulab jamun
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp silver leaf optional, for garnish
- 1 tsp rose water optional
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix kunafa dough with melted butter until evenly coated.
Shape into small nests using a muffin tray.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
Place one gulab jamun in each baked kunafa nest.
Drizzle lightly with sugar syrup and rose water.
Garnish with pistachios and silver leaf.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

- You can prepare nests ahead and assemble before serving.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing or increasing syrup drizzle.
