Ingredients
  

  • 12 mini gulab jamuns ready-made or homemade
  • 200 g kunafa dough kataifi, shredded
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar syrup from gulab jamun
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp silver leaf optional, for garnish
  • 1 tsp rose water optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Mix kunafa dough with melted butter until evenly coated.
  • Shape into small nests using a muffin tray.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Place one gulab jamun in each baked kunafa nest.
  • Drizzle lightly with sugar syrup and rose water.
  • Garnish with pistachios and silver leaf.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use mini gulab jamuns for perfect portioning.
  • You can prepare nests ahead and assemble before serving.
  • Adjust sweetness by reducing or increasing syrup drizzle.
