Ingredients
  

  • Ripe avocados – 2 medium
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder – ¼ cup
  • Pure maple syrup or honey – ¼ cup adjust to taste
  • Unsweetened almond milk – ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Pinch of sea salt – 1
  • Dark chocolate chips optional – 2 tbsp, melted for richness

Instructions
 

  • Scoop out avocado flesh and place it in a blender or food processor.
  • Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa level to preference.
  • Spoon into serving bowls or glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Top with berries, chopped nuts, or shaved dark chocolate before serving.

Notes

Use very ripe avocados for a smooth, mild flavor.
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Add a pinch of espresso powder for deeper chocolate flavor.
