- Ripe avocados – 2 medium
- Unsweetened cocoa powder – ¼ cup
- Pure maple syrup or honey – ¼ cup adjust to taste
- Unsweetened almond milk – ¼ cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Pinch of sea salt – 1
- Dark chocolate chips optional – 2 tbsp, melted for richness
