Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit 5 minutes.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil; knead until smooth dough forms.
  • Roll dough into a rectangle on a greased baking sheet.
  • Brush dough with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder.
  • Spread mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over dough.
  • Bake 15 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle parsley if desired, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh yeast for best results; add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
