- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 packet about 0.73 oz hot cocoa mix
- 1 tub 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- Mini marshmallows for topping
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Add hot cocoa mix and continue mixing until fully combined.
Fold in whipped topping gently until smooth.
