These Hot Honey Chicken Biscuits combine crispy, golden fried chicken with buttery, fluffy biscuits and a drizzle of sweet-spicy hot honey. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a fun dinner treat. Every bite is crunchy, tender, and irresistibly flavorful.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 buttermilk biscuits homemade or store-bought
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced into 4 fillets
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 –2 tbsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • Butter for biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 15 minutes.
  • Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Coat chicken in flour mixture.
  • Heat oil and fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 mins per side.
  • Warm biscuits and slice in half.
  • Mix honey with hot sauce to make hot honey.
  • Butter biscuit halves, place chicken inside, and drizzle generously with hot honey.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double-dip chicken in buttermilk and flour.
  • Use your favorite hot sauce for a personalized spice kick.
