- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup shelled pistachios chopped
- 1 pinch sea salt
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk over low heat.
Stir in Amaretto liqueur and almond extract until smooth.
Fold in pistachios and sea salt.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
Cut into squares and serve.

- Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
