Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter unsweetened
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, combine peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  • Spoon into serving cups and chill for 15 minutes or serve immediately.
