- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp dried culinary lavender finely ground
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined; press into pan.
Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and ground lavender.
Pour batter over crust and scatter blueberries evenly on top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 3 hours before slicing.
- Use only culinary-grade lavender for best flavor; overuse may cause bitterness.
- For extra sweetness, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
