Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp dried culinary lavender finely ground
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined; press into pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  • Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and ground lavender.
  • Pour batter over crust and scatter blueberries evenly on top.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  • Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 3 hours before slicing.

Notes

  • Use only culinary-grade lavender for best flavor; overuse may cause bitterness.
  • For extra sweetness, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
