Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: nuts berries, extra maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  • Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
  • In the morning, stir again, add toppings if desired, and enjoy cold or warmed.

Notes

  • Use rolled oats, not instant oats, for best texture.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
