- 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
 - 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
 - Pinch of salt
 - Optional toppings: nuts berries, extra maple syrup
 
 
In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
In the morning, stir again, add toppings if desired, and enjoy cold or warmed.
 
- Use rolled oats, not instant oats, for best texture.
 
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
 
- Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
