Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz 450g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 8 Oreo cookies chopped (for filling)
  • Extra Oreos for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.
  • Mix crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan to form crust.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently.
  • Stir in chopped Oreos.
  • Pour filling over crust, spread evenly, and smooth top.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with more Oreos before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
  • Chill overnight for a firmer set.
  • Swap Oreos with other sandwich cookies for variations.
