- 24 Oreo cookies crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 3 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling or puree
- 1 3 oz box strawberry gelatin
- 1½ cups Golden Oreos crushed
- 3 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries crushed
Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
Stir strawberry puree into half of the cheesecake mixture; layer plain and strawberry cheesecake mixtures over crust.
In a bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and gelatin powder for the crunch topping.
Sprinkle crunch mixture evenly over cheesecake.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before slicing.
- For best results, whip cream until stiff peaks form before folding into the cheesecake.
- Use fresh strawberries for the puree if possible for a brighter flavor.
