Ingredients
  

  • Dark chocolate 70% cocoa, chopped – 150g
  • Fresh orange juice – 3 tbsp
  • Orange zest – 1 tsp
  • Eggs separated – 3 large
  • Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Heavy cream – ½ cup whipped
  • Pinch of salt – 1

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  • Stir in orange juice and zest until smooth; let cool slightly.
  • Beat egg yolks into melted chocolate until combined.
  • Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form; add sugar gradually.
  • Fold whipped cream and egg whites gently into chocolate mixture.
  • Spoon into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with orange zest curls or chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor.
For extra aroma, add a splash of orange liqueur (like Grand Marnier).
Can be made a day ahead—just keep chilled until ready to serve.
