Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Pat chicken dry; place in baking dish.
  • Mix oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Rub seasoning on chicken.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes until 165°F.
  • Rest 5 minutes; slice.
  • Serve with herbs or lemon.

Notes

  • Store in fridge 4 days or freeze 2 months.
  • Use avocado oil or rosemary for variety.
  • Check temp at 20 minutes to avoid drying out.
  • Slice for salads or wraps.
  • Broil 1-2 minutes for crispier top.
