- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp honey
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pat chicken dry; place in baking dish.
Mix oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Rub seasoning on chicken.
Bake 20-25 minutes until 165°F.
Rest 5 minutes; slice.
Serve with herbs or lemon.
