Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skinless and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add salmon in a single layer; sear undisturbed for 2–3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges

Notes

  • Use fresh, firm salmon for best texture and flavor.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan—cook in batches if needed.
  • Pairs well with rice, salad, or dipping sauces like garlic aioli.
