- 1 lb salmon fillet skinless and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add salmon in a single layer; sear undisturbed for 2–3 minutes.
Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges
