- ½ cup butter softened
- 2 large eggs
- 3.4 oz pistachio instant pudding mix
- 17.5 oz sugar cookie mix such as Betty Crocker
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter, eggs, and pistachio pudding mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add sugar cookie mix and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Spread dough evenly on a greased 10x15 inch baking sheet.
