Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis spiralized into noodles
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped turkey pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add zucchini noodles and sauté for 2–3 mins until slightly tender.
  • Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 2–3 more minutes until heated through.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and pepperoni on top.
  • Cover and cook until cheese is melted (about 2 minutes).
  • Top with Parmesan and garnish with basil if using.
  • Serve immediately, warm and cheesy!

Notes

  • Don’t overcook zoodles—they should be slightly firm.
  • Add mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers for more pizza flavor.
  • Use low-moisture mozzarella for less watery sauce.
  • Great for keto or gluten-free diets!
