- 2 medium zucchinis spiralized into noodles
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped turkey pepperoni
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add zucchini noodles and sauté for 2–3 mins until slightly tender.
Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 2–3 more minutes until heated through.
Sprinkle mozzarella and pepperoni on top.
Cover and cook until cheese is melted (about 2 minutes).
Top with Parmesan and garnish with basil if using.
Serve immediately, warm and cheesy!
- Don’t overcook zoodles—they should be slightly firm.
- Add mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers for more pizza flavor.
