Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cornflour
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, both cheeses, cornflour, and all seasonings.
  • Combine everything into a smooth dough.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into stick shapes.
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • Fry the sticks on medium heat until golden and crispy.
  • Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, coat the sticks in breadcrumbs before frying.
  • You can freeze the shaped sticks for up to a week before frying.
  • Use a mix of your favorite cheeses for a flavor twist.
