- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
Spoon 1 tsp melted chocolate into muffin liners, spreading to cover the bottom. Chill until set.
Mix peanut butter, protein powder, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Place 1 tsp peanut butter mixture on top of hardened chocolate layer.
Cover with remaining melted chocolate, ensuring peanut butter is sealed.
Chill for 30 minutes or until fully set.
Store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
