- 1 large head of broccoli cut into florets
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 cloves garlic minced
 - ½ tsp salt
 - ¼ tsp black pepper
 - ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese optional

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread broccoli evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are crispy and golden.
Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice or sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired.
Serve warm.

Don’t overcrowd the pan for maximum crispiness. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar or chili flakes for extra flavor. Frozen broccoli can work—just roast a few extra minutes.
