Savory Spinach and Mozzarella Egg Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onions until soft.
  • Add chopped spinach, cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in spinach mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  • Pour mixture into the greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can add cooked bacon, ham, or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
