Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons jarred capers drained
  • 1 clove garlic minced or grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a small skillet over low heat.
  • Add capers and garlic, simmer for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  • Season with kosher salt to taste.

Notes

 Use fresh lemon juice (not bottled) for best flavor. Can be made in under 5 minutes and served immediately. Great for weeknight dinners or elegant meals.
