- 24 Oreo cookies finely crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream whipped
- 8 –10 Oreos chopped (for filling)
- Extra Oreos for topping optional
Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter until combined; press into an 8x8-inch pan and chill.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
Stir in chopped Oreos and spread over crust.
Top with extra Oreos if desired.
Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
Slice into bars and serve chilled.
