Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 can 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Spices & Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix in pumpkin puree, diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, and chicken broth.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot with cheese, sour cream, avocado, or fresh cilantro.
