Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • ½ cup tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup corn kernels fresh, canned, or thawed frozen
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup salsa or southwest dressing
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer each tortilla with chicken, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and onion.
  • Drizzle salsa or southwest dressing over the fillings.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly into a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce.
  • Substitute cheddar with pepper jack for extra flavor.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • For a lighter option, use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas
