Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: garlic powder salt, pepper for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl until combined.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop small mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Gently flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden and crisp.
  • Allow to cool briefly on the tray before removing.
