Ingredients
  

  • ½ to 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic finely grated or pressed
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper for extra heat

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with more sriracha or salt if desired.
  • Optionally add cayenne pepper for extra spice.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.

Notes

  • Use a microplane grater for garlic to distribute flavor evenly.
  • Adjust sriracha amount gradually if sensitive to spice.
  • Can be thinned with a little water or extra lime juice for salad dressing use.
  • Keeps well refrigerated for up to 1 week (or up to 3 days according to some sources).
  • Vegan versions possible with plant-based mayo
