- ½ to 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 clove garlic finely grated or pressed
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Optional: ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper for extra heat
Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more sriracha or salt if desired.
Optionally add cayenne pepper for extra spice.
Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
- Use a microplane grater for garlic to distribute flavor evenly.
