- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt in a jar or bowl.
Stir in chopped strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6–8 hours).
In the morning, stir well and top with extra strawberries if desired.
- Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
