A creamy, fruity, and healthy make-ahead breakfast that’s perfect for busy mornings. This recipe combines fresh strawberries, smooth yogurt, and hearty oats for a refreshing, energizing start to your day. Best enjoyed chilled and topped with extra berries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt in a jar or bowl.
  • Stir in chopped strawberries.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6–8 hours).
  • In the morning, stir well and top with extra strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
