- 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping Cool Whip, divided
- 1 box 3.4 oz instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1½ cups cold milk
- 3 cups fresh strawberries sliced
- Optional garnish: extra whipped cream & strawberry slices
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter, press into a 9x13 dish, and bake 10-15 mins; let cool.
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; fold in 8 oz whipped topping. Spread over crust.
Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened; spread over cream cheese layer.
Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over pudding.
Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish if desired.
Chill at least 4 hours before serving for best texture.
- Use very fresh, ripe strawberries for the sweetest flavor.
- You can also swap Golden Oreos for graham crackers or shortbread cookies.
