Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla; whisk until combined.
  • Stir in salt and flour until just incorporated.
  • Fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips (if using).
  • Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until edges are golden and center is set.
  • Cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • Use fresh, not frozen, strawberries for best texture.
  • For extra tang, drizzle with a lemon glaze after cooling.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
