- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Spread mixture into a baking dish.
Bake 25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
