- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 8 dill pickles chopped (optional)
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese or cheddar, cubed
- ¼ cup ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buns for serving
- Burger toppings: cheese slices lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet; drain fat.
Add beef, mustard, ketchup, pickles (if using), and cheese to Crockpot.
Season with salt and pepper; stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is fully melted.
Scoop the mixture onto buns.
Top with your favorite burger fixings.
