Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ medium cucumber grated and squeezed dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste and adjust salt or lemon as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors before serving.
  • Serve chilled as a dip, sauce, or spread.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best texture.
  • Be sure to squeeze as much water from the cucumber as possible for a thick sauce.
  • Tzatziki keeps well refrigerated for up to 3 days.
