- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ medium cucumber grated and squeezed dry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Stir until smooth and well combined.
