- 1 cup cornstarch
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Vegetable oil for frying

- 1 cup coleslaw mix shredded carrots and cabbage
- 2 green onions sliced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
