Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 6 oz package blackberry gelatin (Jell-O)
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tbsp sugar; press into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled crust, sealing edges.
  • Dissolve blackberry gelatin in boiling water, let cool slightly, then mix in blackberries.
  • Pour over cream cheese layer; refrigerate until set (at least 4 hours).
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese layer completely covers the crust to prevent the gelatin from seeping through.
  • You can substitute raspberries or strawberries if desired.
