- 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Mix diced strawberries, yogurt, and honey in a bowl.
Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray.
Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
Dip frozen clusters into melted chocolate to coat.
Place back on tray and freeze until chocolate sets.
