Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix diced strawberries, yogurt, and honey in a bowl.
  • Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  • Dip frozen clusters into melted chocolate to coat.
  • Place back on tray and freeze until chocolate sets.

Notes

  • You can use mixed berries instead of just strawberries.
  • White chocolate works great for a sweeter variation.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
