- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz pasta cavatappi, linguine, or fettuccine
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart with a spoon; drain excess fat.

Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and add pasta, ensuring pasta is submerged.
Bring to a gentle simmer; cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
Stir in Parmesan cheese; season with salt and pepper.
