  • 4 English muffins split
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 sausage patties or bacon
  • Butter for toasting
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook sausage patties or bacon until crispy.
  • Scramble eggs and season with salt and pepper.
