Hot Honey Roasted Cauliflower

Sweet, spicy, and perfectly caramelized, this hot honey roasted cauliflower is a flavor-packed side or snack. The edges crisp up beautifully in the oven while the drizzle of hot honey adds a deliciously bold kick. Quick, healthy, and seriously addictive!

- 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp hot honey plus more for serving
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until browned and tender.
Drizzle hot honey over the cauliflower immediately after roasting.
Toss gently to coat and garnish with parsley if desired.
Serve warm with extra hot honey on the side.
Make your own hot honey by mixing honey with a dash of chili flakes or hot sauce. Adjust heat level to taste. Great as a taco filling or salad topping too!
