These Pecan Pie Balls are a no-bake, bite-sized version of classic pecan pie. Sweet, nutty, and chocolate-coated, they’re perfect for holidays or anytime snacking. Easy to make ahead and store, they’re a delightful treat for parties and gifts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional, for melting chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Mix pecans, graham crumbs, powdered sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Stir in corn syrup and vanilla until mixture holds together.
  • Roll mixture into small balls, place on a lined tray, and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  • Dip chilled pecan balls in chocolate and place back on tray.
  • Chill again until chocolate sets before serving.

Notes

  • Store pecan pie balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Freeze for longer storage.
