These Pecan Pie Balls are a no-bake, bite-sized version of classic pecan pie. Sweet, nutty, and chocolate-coated, they’re perfect for holidays or anytime snacking. Easy to make ahead and store, they’re a delightful treat for parties and gifts.

- 1 ½ cups finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil optional, for melting chocolate
Mix pecans, graham crumbs, powdered sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl.
Stir in corn syrup and vanilla until mixture holds together.
Roll mixture into small balls, place on a lined tray, and chill for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
Dip chilled pecan balls in chocolate and place back on tray.
Chill again until chocolate sets before serving.
- Store pecan pie balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Freeze for longer storage.
