- 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 6-ounce box stuffing mix
- 1 ½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 10.5-ounce can cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine stuffing mix and chicken broth, let sit 5 minutes.
In another bowl, mix soup, sour cream, black pepper, garlic powder, vegetables, and chicken.
