Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium zucchini thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice zucchini into thin, even rounds.
  • Toss zucchini slices in olive oil until well coated.
  • In a bowl, mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each slice with the seasoning mixture.
  • Place slices in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Slice zucchini as thinly as possible for maximum crispiness.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste or try Italian herbs for variety.
