- 1 medium zucchini thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray optional
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Slice zucchini into thin, even rounds.
Toss zucchini slices in olive oil until well coated.
In a bowl, mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat each slice with the seasoning mixture.
Place slices in a single layer in air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
